I really don’t care to have Bob Costas do a feel-good story on every single U.S. athelete. NBC has ruined the olympic games in my opinion. Too much coverage of only events that the U.S. is in or is expected to win. I just hope North Korea medals in something.

Coverage, not only by sport but also in tone, may vary between different NBC outlets. Not sure, but possible.
I liken NBC’s Olympic coverage with that annoying old git Bud Collins who used to do tennis commentary, but I digress, at least they’ve kept the games out of the hands of ESPN
