I vote Vampires. My favorite is the original Barnabas Collins (Jonathan Frid) from the ABC-TV Gothic soap, 1966-’72. He was a good man, yet a tormented vampire.
Yeah, vampires can become bats and fly so that’s a big advantage.
Ghosts can walk through walls so that’s big also.
The witch has a spider in her hair! Spiders are scarier than the witch!!
There’s a French saying that seeing a spider at night is good luck – araignée du matin, chagrin, araignée du soir, espoir. The witch seems dressed for the evening; I’d say it’s a good sign.
