“Real” Unemployment Could Surge to 25%, Portfolio Manager Says

I don’t know what the “real” unemployment will prove to be, in the months ahead. (There’s much debate about what the real unemployment rate truly is, too.)

I do know that there could be little worse than raising taxes in these difficult conditions.
