Fox Point Patch has a poll of the Most Popular Cat Names. Janine Anderson writes that
Lucy, Smokey, Bella, Charlie and Tiger were the top 5 most popular cat names for adoptable cats in 2011, according Petfinder.com. Rounding out the list were Oreo, Daisy, Molly, Max and Midnight.
Those are all good names, but of that list, I’d go for Smokey, Tiger, or Max as preferred choices. No name, though, could top Suzie, a great name for a great cat.
