Here’s the Friday open comments post.
Today’s suggested topic — what do you do to make winter days more enjoyable? I like the cold, and so this time of year doesn’t bother me. I like it.
But, for those who don’t: what do you do to get by until spring?

I drink extra coffee Extra coffee = doubling coffee intake. Nothing fights off the the winter blues better.
A comfy reading chair in my sunroom…sitting in the sun (indoors) on a cold winter’s day or night…the crackle of the fireplace…a good book or movie or television program…a nice piping hot cup o’joe…or cocoa…or a hot toddy…dreaming of far-away (warm) places… a bowl of soup ‘n Saltines or hot-hot-hot chili…a steaming shower or comfortable bath…surfing the ‘net for a quick Caribbean escape…ruminating with the Hot Stove League and thinkin’ Brewers baseball…hoping the Groundhog does not see his shadow next Wednesday…enjoying the Packers Super Bowl win…mmm…is it Spring, yet..?
